This category includes downloadable guides, video modules, and e-books designed to support your daily balance efforts. Access credentials will be delivered to the email address provided at checkout.

4. Merchandise

Our physical products include branded journals, planners, and wellness tools. All items are inspected for quality before shipment.

5. Pricing and Payment

Prices for each offering are listed on LifesOneWay.com. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase. Accepted methods include major credit cards and approved online channels.

6. Refund and Rescheduling Policy

6.1 Services

All coaching sessions, live workshops, and guided programs are non-refundable due to scheduling commitments and personalized preparation. You may reschedule an upcoming session by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time via our contact form. This ensures we can adjust resources and maintain quality for all participants.

6.2 Digital Materials

Purchased online guides, training modules, and e-books may be eligible for a refund if you submit a request within 7 days of the purchase date and have not accessed more than 10% of the content. To request a refund, please complete our contact form. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days through the original payment method.

6.3 Merchandise

Physical items may be sent back in their original, unused condition within 30 days of delivery. You are responsible for shipping costs. Once we receive and inspect the merchandise, refunds will be issued to the payment method used at purchase within 14 days. For assistance, use our contact form.
